Who we are:
We are the band WorkingClass established in 2022.
We play Alternative Rock.
We perform our own songs and music.
Our mission is to get all kind of people together
– We have only one space ship earth and this shouldn’t be a fucked up place. –
How we got there:
After the viral turmoil, there was a great reunion of old friends and companions. Two of the now four future band members, Linus and Josef, had the inspiration and motivation to give it a try to get things working.
So the foundation of WorkingClass was done in August 2022 in a cellar in Wippstetten a small village near Landshut.
How things envolved:
After a few months of setting all up and arranging the first songs, our old and also well know friend Gass rejoined us in Oktober 2022.
His guitar play and creativity laid the foundation of further progress.
Until summer of 2023 we arranged a bunch of other songs which completed our setlist to seven.
First Gig:
These song were performed the first time on the Kult Festival 2023 in Teisbach.
Motivated and grounded we kept on working on the next songs and also on the already existing ones.
How we developed:
To get more space and freedom we moved from the cellar in wippstetten in a cellar in Frontenhausen, a little bigger village near Landshut.
In the summer festival phase we got the recommendation that a bass player in our area is willing to play in a band and so we got in contact with Mike.
Mike joined us in Winter 2023. He brought the glue and the depth in our songs.
How is it going:
At that point we had 11 songs in the repertoire, so we decided to travel the world. Frankly speaking we started to explore the local venues in our area to get more stage experience and planed our Ochsentour 2024 which is still in progress.
Haus 111 gave us a great start an is really a institution with nice hosts and a friendly and experiended audience. Thank you Kerstin and Ramona!
Musicafe was so smooth and nice and we had such a great time and so much fun. Mille Gracie Donato!
RockCity in Wirtshaus Hölsbrunn was a venue togehter with two really great bands. Argue with Mom and El Dorain professionally acompanied our biggest event so far. 200 People were going crazy. Special thanks go out to our hosts Ade and Bianca and also to Young Evil Kiefl who made the sound !
Hofstetten Rocks 2024 – a big private festival with great hosts and a amazing line up. Unfortunately the WeatherGods turned against us and we had to stop the performance before we were able to play our last song. Thanks for mixing such a great sound Rudi Dax. We are so sad that Cracker Jane could not do their show because of the striking lightenings.
Gern Geschehen Festival 2024 – old friendships never die. long time no see but in the end ways crossed again and we were invited from Andrea and David to play on their festival with great other bands and artists. ShoutOut to Marc D., Toro and The Wild Stripes. You made our day and made this to one of our days we will never forget. Walter made our sound thanks for that you did a great job.
